How do you gain access to a client’s premises?



Maser Security has started installing guard cell transmitters into clients gate motors, each has a unique code which the control room gives to the R/O who programs a single remote from an on-board key panel in the vehicle. This lasts for 15 minutes then the remote automatically clears and will not be able to be used.

Will Maser Security help a client in a medical emergency?



Yes. If a client is faced with a medical emergency a reaction officer will be dispatched and the controller will contact the ambulance services and or fire department to come to your aid.
